This is a high level and strategic workshop designed for professionals seeking to harness the transformative potential of GenAI tools. The workshop will delve into practical implementation strategies, financial planning, and integration considerations. Participants will gain insights into how GenAI can reshape work processes, enhance decision-making, and drive efficiency.

Target Audience:

Private/firm managers, directors, and anyone leading the implementation of generative AI within an organization.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will identify at least three GenAI tools and two trends impacting law libraries, verified through a post-program quiz or discussion.
Participants will create an actionable GenAI implementation plan, including readiness assessment, strategic planning, budgeting, and ethical considerations, to be initiated within six months.
Participants will draft a vision statement outlining three opportunities and two challenges of GenAI in their services, with progress reviewed in a six-month follow-up session.
