Diana Koppang is the Director of Research & Competitive Intelligence at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. Diana directs a team of librarians who manage all research, competitive intelligence, alerts, and knowledge management initiatives for the firm. Diana frequently presents nationally and locally on the topics of legal analytics, contract negotiation, social media investigations, and patent and trademark research. Diana has served on several AALL and PLLIP Committees and is a past Chair of PLLIP and Secretary of the Chicago Association of Law Libraries. In 2020, Diana was named to the Fastase 50 List and was awarded the Agnes and Harvey Reid Award for Outstanding Contribution to Law Librarianship by the Chicago Association of Law Libraries. Diana earned her MLIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004.
