Alison A. Shea is a Research Librarian at the University of St. Thomas Law Library. Before coming to St. Thomas, she served as Research & Instructional Librarian (Foreign, Comparative & International Law) & Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School and Head of Reference/Foreign & International Specialist & Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School. She has been involved with various library associations including the AALL, ALA, the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians, the International Association of Law Librarians, and IFLA. Within AALL, Alison is a former chair of the Foreign, Comparative, and International Law SIS, and has coordinated, moderated, and spoken at a number of professional conferences over the past 15 years.
