Dana Neacşu is the Director of the Thomas R. Kline Law School at Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She also serves as an Associate Professor of Legal Research Skills, currently teaching Climate Change Law, Research & Writing, which combines doctrinal law, research skills, and legal writing, an experiential seminar attempting to change the way legal research and writing is taught in US law schools. Dana holds an LL.B. from the University of Bucharest, School of law, a D.E.A. from Caen School of Law & Political Science, an LL.M from Harvard Law School, an M.L.S. from CUNY, and a Ph.D. from SCI-New Brunswick, Rutgers University. Her law librarian scholarship contributions have been recognized with the directorship of the National Conference on Legal Information, Scholarship and Teaching (CoLIST aka Boulder Conference), now in its 16th year, where she followed in the giant steps of the esteemed Susan Nevelow Mart (Director) and Barbara A. Bintliff (the Conference's Founder and Inaugural Director). Her most recent scholarship is Miller & Davis - Updated by Dana Neacşu - Intellectual Property, Patents, Trademarks, and Copyright in a Nutshell (7th ed) (2023).
