Patricia Hoskins is an Electronic Resources Librarian at Jones Day's Minneapolis office. She was a co-presenter on the recent AALL Webinar "Spoiler Alert: Are You Letting Your Docket Tracks Manage You?" and a co-author of the September/October 2023 AALL Spectrum article "Using Power BI to Take Your Data Reporting to the Next Level." She has extensive experience with electronic resources management, including the creation and management of alerts and tracks at her firm. She is currently part of an internal library team project to put together a database containing detailed information on access, costs, coverage, and availability of state court materials in major vendor platforms and court websites. Patricia is also skilled in SharePoint, intranet, and database administration, knowledge management, data analysis, and resource evaluation.
Prior to her current position at Jones Day, Patricia worked in a variety of library settings, including law firm, business, academic, and public libraries. She earned a BA in Russian Area Studies from American University, a Masters in Russian Language & Literature from University of Oregon, and a Masters in Library Science from University of Missouri-Columbia.
