Vanessa Blum serves as Vice President of Innovation at ALM Global, publisher of Law.com and affliliated brands including The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel, the National Law Journal and Legaltech News. As VP Innovation, Vanessa focuses on delivering valuable insights to subscribers through ALM's suite of current awareness and intelligence products. Vanessa graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism and has chronicled the legal profession as a reporter and editor in Washington, D.C., Florida and California. She currently resides in Sonoma County. Vanessa's work as a legal industry innovator earned her recognition as a member of the 2021 Fastcase 50.
